Refund policy

Every Modern Condition Art print is made to order, produced individually when you place your order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

We always put mistakes right. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Email contact@modernconditionart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 2 hours of ordering, before production begins, and we'll do our best to help.
