Shipping policy

Print production and delivery

A3 and A2 prints are produced after ordering and supplied unframed. Production and shipping are separate stages. Available destinations, delivery options, charges and any estimates are shown at checkout for your order. We do not promise a fixed worldwide production or transit time.

Please check the delivery information before paying. If an estimate is missing or you need a print for a particular date, contact contact@modernconditionart.com before ordering. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

If delivery is late, contact us. You may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and cancel for a refund if we miss it. You may be entitled to cancel immediately if we refuse delivery or a delivery date agreed before ordering was essential. An estimate does not remove these rights.

We remain responsible for the print until you, or someone you nominate to receive it, takes physical possession. The legal exception is a carrier you independently appoint who was not one of our offered delivery options. Contact us about a lost or damaged delivery; you do not have to resolve our carrier claim yourself.

Destinations and charges

Only the destinations and delivery options offered at checkout are available for the particular order. The checkout shows delivery charges and any taxes collected with your payment. For international orders, customs authorities may charge import taxes or duties not collected at checkout. If the position for your destination is unclear, contact us before ordering.

Digital delivery

A digital purchase supplies a file; no physical item is shipped and there is no shipping charge. Use the download access supplied with your Shopify order after successful payment. If access is missing or the file does not match your order, contact us with your Shopify order number. Save a personal backup once downloaded.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. This policy does not shorten any longer cancellation period that applies because required information was missing, or reduce rights attached to an earlier order.
